You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Detox Nightlife, our employees and agents, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by any party due to or arising out of any injury or damage, to person or property, occurring in Detox Nightlife, or the building in which it is located, due to any act or omission on your part.
